Our Leadership

Jason and Sue Chin are the husband-and-wife team behind Good Salt Restaurant Group, the creative force behind some of Orlando’s most celebrated dining destinations.
Together, Jason and Sue have created beloved concepts such as Seito Sushi, The Osprey, Reyes Mezcaleria, The Monroe, Sparrow Wine Bar, and their newest venture, Osteria Ester in Thornton Park. Their thoughtful approach to concept development emphasizes placemaking, with each restaurant designed to add vibrancy to its neighborhood and serve as a cultural hub for community and connection.
Their leadership has been recognized nationally with James Beard Award semifinalist honors for Outstanding Restaurateur in 2022 and a finalist nomination in 2025.
